Mirus clients are able to combine their sales data, scheduled & actual labor data by pulling their HotSchedules information into their Mirus data warehouse, This allows them to create calculations like transactions per labor hour. You can also monitor and prevent overtime through the Mirus Projected Hour calculation that combines scheduled hours with actual hours worked and alert managers to employees who are in danger of going into overtime, before it happens.

An interesting use of scheduled labor is when a clients compare it to their labor matrix. This comparison allows them to see, before the week even begins, if the managers have produced a schedule that is aligned with the labor standards set by the brand. This gives the managers additional time to correct the schedule before bad things happen.
